Original owi text and Marathi meaning from the ioustotra.blogspot.com 'Stotra (hymns)' blog (Prakash Ketkar); English meaning from John Norwell's 2015 translation. Every samas's owi count matches exactly between both independent sources with no gaps, duplicates, or numbering shifts. A new parser bug was found and fixed while processing samas 1: an owi's own closing marker had its OPENING danda truncated to a single "।" instead of the expected "॥" ("...पाहिजे । १४ ॥"), causing owi 14's content to merge with owi 15's. Fixed by broadening the parser's close-marker regex to accept either danda as the opener, verified against a full regression re-check of dashaks 2-16 with zero unintended diffs before this dashak was shipped. Two owis (samas 3/28, samas 10/7) have Norwell's English paragraph truncated to a single stray letter right before a page break in the source PDF - both flagged verified:false with a direct English rendering of the sourced Marathi meaning, following the precedent set in Dashaks 1, 13, and 16. This dashak covers the compulsion of the gods, Shiva and Shakti, listening, the refutation of inference, the ajapa mantra, the body and the atma, the life of the world, the elements, the four bodies, and the attributes of the blockhead-siddha.
